Previously, Mr. Hyman was with ING Investment Management and ING Institutional Markets for 12 years. At ING, he was the head of investment grade corporate credit, responsible for investment grade corporate credit as well as collaterized loan obligation and synthetic collateralized debt obligation investment portfolios. Mr. Hyman earned a BSE degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from NYU.

Biografia	Peter Strzalkowski serves as CEO and portfolio manager of Curasset Capital Management. From 2009-2020 he was responsible for the performance of core, credit, and limited-term bond strategies at OppenheimerFunds in his role as senior portfolio manager, senior vice president, and co-team leader. Prior to joining the Core Bond Team in 2009, Peter was a portfolio manager on OppenheimerFunds’ Cash Strategies team. Peter holds a B.S. in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Krishna Memani has been President of the OppenheimerFunds, Inc. since January 2013, Executive Vice President of the Manager since January 2014 and Chief Investment Officer of the OppenheimerFunds advisory entities since January 2014. He was Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income of the OppenheimerFunds, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2013; Head of the Investment Grade Fixed Income Team of the OppenheimerFunds, Inc. from March 2009 to January 2014; Director of Fixed Income of the OppenheimerFunds, Inc. from October 2010 through December 2012 and Senior Vice President of the Sub-Adviser from March 2009 through December 2012. He was also Senior Vice President of OFI Global Institutional, Inc. from April 2009 through December 2012. Mr. Memani is a portfolio manager and an officer of other portfolios in the OppenheimerFunds complex.

Biografia	Mr. Swaney is a Senior Vice President and Head of Alternative Fixed Income, U.S. at Pioneer. Prior to joining Pioneer in 2013, Mr. Swaney was a Portfolio Manager and member of the Strategic Investment and Operating Committee for the Absolute Return and Opportunistic Fixed Income Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2010 until January 2013. Mr. Swaney was previously a Portfolio Manager and Head of Corporate Bond Portfolio Management at OFI Institutional Asset Management from 2002 until 2009. Mr. Swaney has served as a portfolio manager of the fund since its inception and has been an investment professional since 1996.
Antulio Bomfim	Portfolio Manager	2003	2009
Biografia	Antulio is a P.M. specializing in interest rate and yield curve strategy and also heads the group’s macroeconomic research effort. He is also a member of the Portfolio Strategy team. Prior to joining OFI Institutional, he was a Senior Economist specializing in monetary policy and financial market analysis in the Division of Monetary Affairs of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. Antulio’s book, Understanding Credit Derivatives, was published in 2004.
Geoffrey Caan	Portfolio Manager	2003	2009
Biografia	Geoff is a Portfolio Manager specializing in mortgage-backed securities and structured products. He is also a member of the Portfolio Strategy team. Prior to joining OFI Institutional in 2003, he was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at ABN Amro North America, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s domestic mortgage-related portfolio. Before that, Geoff was a Portfolio Manager at Zurich Scudder Investments. He also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he traded collateralized mortgage obligations and at Kemper Financial Services, where he conducted research and analysis in the commercial real estate area. Mr. Caan received a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an M.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Benjamin J. Gord	Portfolio Manager	2002	2009
Biografia	Benjamin Gord, Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Alternative Fixed Income, joined Pioneer in 2013. Mr. Gord was previously Head of Quantitative Research and Co-Head of Interest Rate Strategies at OFI Institutional Asset Management from 2002 until 2009. Mr. Gord has served as a portfolio manager of the fund since its inception and has been an investment professional since 1989.
