Biografia	Michael Hyman, Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2019 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2013. Previously, Mr. Hyman was with ING Investment Management and ING Institutional Markets for 12 years. At ING, he was the head of investment grade corporate credit, responsible for investment grade corporate credit as well as collaterized loan obligation and synthetic collateralized debt obligation investment portfolios. Mr. Hyman earned a BSE degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from NYU.

Biografia	Chuck Burge is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Invesco Fixed Income. Mr. Burge joined Invesco in 2002 as a portfolio manager and has held various positions with increased responsibility within the Taxable Investment team. He assumed fund management responsibilities in 2009. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Burge spent seven years with Criterion Investment Management. He entered the industry in 1993. Mr. Burge earned a BS degree in economics from Texas A&M University. He also earned an MBA in finance and accounting from Rice University.
Robert Waldner	Portfolio Manager	2013	2019
Biografia	Rob Waldner is Chief Strategist and Head of the Multi-Sector team for Invesco Fixed Income. He joined Invesco in 2013. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Waldner was with Franklin Templeton for 17 years. At Franklin Templeton, he was a senior strategist and senior portfolio manager. Previously, Mr. Waldner was a member of the Macro team at Omega Advisors and a portfolio manager with Glaxo (Bermuda) Ltd. He entered the industry in 1986. Mr. Waldner earned a BSE degree in civil engineering from Princeton University in 1986. He is also a CFA charterholder.
John R. Craddock	Head	2010	2013
Biografia	John Craddock is portfolio manager and head of investment grade bond trading. In this capacity, he oversees investment grade corporate bond and credit default swap trading and also serves as a total-return portfolio manager. Additionally, as a sector specialist, he is responsible for trading and monitoring corporate bond positions in utilities, non-corporate/sovereign/taxable municipal and various industrial sub-sectors including energy and transportation. Since joining Invesco Advisers, Inc and/or its affiliates in July 1999, Mr. Craddock has also traded mortgage-backed securities and served as a stable value portfolio manager. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Craddock was a project engineer with Arvin Industries, Inc. Mr. Craddock earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in mechanical engineering from Clemson University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech’s Dupree School of Management with a concentration in finance. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Brien is a portfolio manager at Invesco Aim. A native of Ogden, Iowa, Brien began her investment career in 1981, and held positions of increasing responsibility at American General Corporation and MBank, both financial services organizations. She joined the company in 1996 as a product specialist in Institutional Marketing before taking on the role of fixed-income research analyst in 1999. She became a portfolio manager in 2009. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Brendan is a portfolio manager at Invesco Aim. Brendan is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. He began his investment career in 1996 as a portfolio analyst and has been a portfolio manager since 2006. Brendan graduated from Rice University with a BA in Mathematics, Physics and Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Jan H. Friedli	Senior Portfolio Manager	2002	2008
Biografia	Jan is a senior portfolio manager at Invesco Aim. A native of Switzerland, Jan began his investment career in 1990 as a mutual fund accountant at The Vanguard Group, later moving to PIMCO, where he was a portfolio administrator on the international bond team. He has also worked as an international bond and currency trader at Strong Capital Management and before joining the company in 1999, was a global fixed-income portfolio manager at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSc in Computer Science from Villanova University.
