Biografia	Mr Klein is a Managing Director of Da Vinci Invest Ltd. He started his career as a derivatives trader at MTH Midas Trading House from 1996 to 1997, which became the largest trader on the DTB. He subsequently held trading and brokerage positions at Fimat International Banque S.A. (1997) and Landesbank Baden-Wurttemburg (1998 to 2000), before becoming the Head of Trading and a director and partner of Frohne & Klein Wertpapierhandelshaus GmbH in 2000. He held this position until 2004, during which time he specialised in derivatives trading on EUREX and XETRA and investment, IPO and M&A consultancy through the company. He is presently Managing Director and Shareholder of Fritz Nols GES AG (which specialised in trading of corporate bonds, global equities brokerage, stock financing and asset management) and also Managing Director of Fasttrade Securities plc, a company related to Frohne & Klein Wertpapierhandelshaus GmbH and registered in Dublin, Ireland, whose business includes software licensing and investment and M&A consultancy. Mr Klein holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mittweida.

Biografia	Geoffrey King, CFA Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager — Global Natural Resources Equity Geoffrey King is a portfolio manager on the firm’s Global Natural Resources Equity team. Prior to joining Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in July 2018, he worked at Abraxas Petroleum where he was vice president and chief financial officer for approximately six years, responsible for strategy, business development, financial planning, analysis, and hedging. For the five years before that, King was a senior energy analyst at Van Eck, where he was focused on natural resource commodities and equities. He holds bachelor’s degrees in both economics and history from Davidson College.

Biografia	Sam Halpert, CFA Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer — Global Natural Resources Equity Sam Halpert leads the firm’s Global Natural Resources Equity team. Prior to joining Macquarie Investment Management (MIM) in July 2018, he worked at Van Eck, where he was a co-portfolio manager and senior analyst on its global hard assets long-only and long-short team from April 2000 to June 2018. He specialized in agriculture, coal, paper and forest products, refining, shipping, and steel investments. He also managed a global real estate fund at Van Eck earlier in his career. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs, which ultimately became Citi Group, and he worked at Refco. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature from Harvard College.
Michael T. Wolverton	-	2016	2021
Biografia	Michael Wolverton is co-portfolio manager of Ivy Energy Fund and Ivy VIP Energy and of Ivy Natural Resources Fund and Ivy VIP Natural Resources. He had been assistant portfolio manager of the Energy and Natural Resources funds since 2013. He was named co-portfolio manager of the Energy and Natural Resources funds in 2016. He is co-portfolio manager of Ivy Focused Energy NextShares, an exchange-traded managed fund, since 2016. Mr. Wolverton joined the organization in 2005 as an equity investment analyst after holding a summer intern position with the firm in 2004. He was appointed assistant vice president in 2012 and vice president in 2017. His research responsibilities are concentrated in energy equipment and services, and oil, gas and consumable fuels. From 2003 through 2005 Mr. Wolverton was affiliated with the MBA Investment Fund, LLC as a portfolio manager. In this role, he and his team were responsible for managing three equity and fixed income portfolios totaling $12 million. Mr. Wolverton graduated from William Jewell College in 1997 with a BS in Accounting. He earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business in 2005. Mr. Wolverton is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Kansas City.
David P. Ginther	Senior Vice President	2006	2021
Biografia	David Ginther is Senior Vice President at Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company. He joined Waddell & Reed in March 1995 as an investment analyst; promoted to Assistant VP, Jan-99 and VP Jul-00. In Jul-03 was appointed Lead Portfolio Manager of Waddell & Reed Advisors Dividend Income Fund, a highly rated fund available for sale to investors in the US, and the fund upon which the Mackenzie Universal US Dividend Income Fund is modeled. David earned a BS, Accounting from Kansas State University and holds the CPA designation.
