Biografia	Andrew Keirle is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. He is a portfolio manager of the T. Rowe Price Emerging Markets Local Currency Bond Fund and chairman of the fund's Investment Advisory Committee. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 2005, he was a portfolio manager and analyst at Lazard Asset Management. Prior to joining Lazard, Andrew spent seven years as a global portfolio manager at Gulf International Bank in London. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Investment Management and Research, and he also holds a diploma from the Society of Technical Analysts. Andrew graduated from the University of Swansea at the University of Wales in 1996 with a B.Sc. in economics and politics.

Biografia	Kenneth Orchard is a senior portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division of T. Rowe Price and a member of the Global Fixed Income Investment Team. He is the portfolio manager for the Global Multi-Sector Bond and Diversified Income Bond Strategies and co-portfolio manager for the International Bond Strategies. Mr. Orchard earned a B.A. in international relations from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in public financial policy from the London School of Economics. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Arif Husain is the head of the International Fixed Income Division and co-chief investment officer for fixed income. He is the lead portfolio manager for the Dynamic Global Bond Strategy and co-portfolio manager for the Global Aggregate Bond, Global Government Bond, and International Bond Strategies. Arif is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Arif's investment experience began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013. Prior to this, Arif was employed by AllianceBernstein in the area of European fixed income and euro portfolio management. He also was a member of the global fixed income and absolute return portfolio management teams. Arif also was employed by Greenwich NatWest as an assistant director of European Derivatives Trading and by the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association. Arif earned a B.Sc. (honors) in banking and international finance from City University London, Cass Business School. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute.
Christopher J. Rothery	Portfolio Manager	2012	2015
Biografia	Chris Rothery is a senior portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division and is part of the global macro team responsible for managing global/international fixed income strategies, with a specific responsibility for the Asian bloc research including Japan. Mr. Rothery has co-portfolio management responsibilities for the International Bond Strategies. He is a member of the T. Rowe Price Fixed Income and Trading Control Committee. Mr. Rothery is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Mr. Rothery has 27 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, he was a portfolio manager with Fleming International Fixed Income Management Limited, managing various global bond strategies. Mr. Rothery attended London Metropolitan University.
Ian D. Kelson	Chairman	2000	2014
Biografia	Ian D. Kelson is the head of T. Rowe Price's global fixed income team, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2000. As part of that role, Mr. Kelson is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price's Non-U.S. Fixed Income Strategy and Global Bond Strategies. He is president of International Fixed Income for T. Rowe Price International Ltd and is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Kelson has 31 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years as the head of fixed income for Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for $50 billion of global fixed income assets. He started his investment career in 1981 at Bank of America, where he served as a fixed income economist and global fixed income portfolio manager. He was originally recruited to Morgan Grenfell as a global fixed income portfolio manager in 1985. A graduate of King's College, Cambridge University, Mr. Kelson earned an M.A. in economics. He also has an M.Sc. in econometrics from the London School of Economics.

Biografia	Peter has led global fixed income teams at T. Rowe Price, Flemings and JP Morgan. Before joining T. Bailey in 2013 he held senior roles at a fund of hedge funds and Standard Life Investments. Previously he worked with a multi-family office and ran his own investment consultancy business.
David P. Boardman	Vice President	1988	1994
Biografia	An executive vice president with Rowe Price-Fleming International since 1985, Boardman is an active manager of global fixed-income investments. Previously, he worked as a portfolio manager at N.M. Rothschild & Sons for five years, then joined County Bank as a director. Boardman later spent six years as chief executive, director, and portfolio manager at the Investment Management Company for Rowe Price-Fleming International Inc. Boardman is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers.
Edward A. Taber	Managing Director	1986	1988
Biografia	Taber joined T. Rowe Price Associates in 1973 and currently serves as a managing director. Previously, he acted as vice president and treasurer of Federal Home Loan Bank. He also served for four years as a tank officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Taber is a member of the Bond Portfolio Managers Association.
