Biografia	Mr. Denlinger joined MacKay Shields in 2019 and is currently a Director. Before joining the firm he was an institutional municipal credit trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch with a primary focus on taxable and healthcare securities. Prior to trading credit, he was a high-grade municipal trader. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in 2014. He is a CFA Charterholder. He has been in the financial services industry since 2014.

Biografia	Scott is a Senior Managing Director. He is joined MacKay Shields in 2009. Before joining the firm he was Head Trader, Fixed Income, at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. Scott was previously with Dreyfus Corporation and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as a Municipal Bond Portfolio Manager/Trader. He has a BSBA from Villanova University. Scott has been in the investment management industry since 1991.

Biografia	Matthew joined MacKay Shields in 2024 as a trader and Portfolio Manager with primary focus on the investment-grade component of the market. Previously, he was a senior underwriter and institutional trader at both Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2011. Prior to his municipal career, Matthew served on active duty in the United States Navy. He held various operations linked positions and ultimately was honorably discharged after achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Matthew earned a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Business School.

Biografia	David Dowden is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at MacKay Shields. He joined MacKay Shields in 2009. Before joining the firm he was Chief Investment Officer at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. David was previously with Alliance Capital Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager and at Merrill Lynch & Co. as a Municipal Strategist. David has an AB from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He has been in the investment management industry since 1989.

Biografia	Mr. Thompson has served as a portfolio manager for Aquila Investment Management LLC since 2009. Prior to joining the Aquila Group of Funds, Thompson was a Senior Vice President, underwriter and municipal bond trader with Wells Fargo Brokerage Services and First Security Bank in Salt Lake City. He was also a member of the municipal credit committee of each firm. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Thompson was employed with Wedbush Morgan Securities in Los Angeles where he helped establish the municipal unit investment trust sales desk. Prior to that, he was a financial and operations principal, municipal trader and manager of the municipal underwriting desk for Financial Market Securities, based in Orange, CA. Thompson is a native of Utah and attended California State University, Fullerton.

Biografia	Mr. Tanner joined the Aquila Investment Management LLC portfolio management team on March 2018. Prior to joining Aquila, Mr. Tanner was a Senior Wealth Manager at BNY Mellon Wealth Management from 2016 to 2018, a Senior Client Advisor at BMO Private Bank from 2014 to 2015, and a Senior Fixed Income Manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank from 2010 to 2014.Mr. Tanner has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before that, Mr. Tanner was a vice president of OppenheimerFunds' Rochester Division from 1991-2003. Previously, he served as a municipal bond trader and underwriter with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. from 1986 to 1988. From 1984 to 1986, he was an investment banking officer at Centerre Bank in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Tanner received an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester, Simon Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in business from St. Louis University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Phoenix CFA Society.

Biografia	Tim Iltz is a municipal bond credit analyst with over 13 years of experience in the fixed income industry. He is responsible for the ongoing analysis of existing holdings of the Tax-Free Trust of Oregon and Oregon municipal bond underwritings to recommend whether they should be included as part of client portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in fixed income banking for Wedbush Securities in Portland and has over 11 years of public finance investment banking experience including the full spectrum of bond issues available to local governments. Tim earned a BS in finance and business administration with a minor in economics from the University of Oregon.

Biografia	Mr. Christopher has served as the portfolio manager of Aquila Tax- Free Trust of Oregon since 2011. Mr. Johns is a Senior Vice President of the Davidson Fixed Income Management, Inc. and has been an officer of it and its predecessor companies since 1992. From 1984 through 1992, he was a portfolio manager at the former United Bank of Denver, which acted as investment adviser to the Fund from its inception through 1992. He was formerly a portfolio manager of Toledo Trust Company. He holds the degree of BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati

Biografia	Michael S. Hamilton entered the financial services industry in 1989 when he joined FAF. He became a portfolio manager in 1992 and most recently served as Senior Fixed-Income Portfolio Manager at FAF until joining Nuveen Asset Management. He joined Nuveen Asset Management as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager on January 1, 2011 in connection with its acquisition of a portion of FAF’s asset management business.
