Biografia	William Scapell, CFA, Executive Vice President, is a senior portfolio manager for the firm’s preferred securities portfolios. He has 32 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2003, Mr. Scapell worked in the fixed income research department at Merrill Lynch, where he was their chief strategist for preferred securities for three years, and a vice president in corporate finance and treasury department for two years. Previously, he held bank supervision and monetary policy roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for five years. Mr. Scapell holds a BA from Vassar Collegeand an MA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. He is based in New York.

Biografia	Joseph Harvey is a vice president and senior portfolio manager of real estate securities portfolios. currently serves as president and chief investment officer of the Advisor and president of CNS. Prior to joining the Cohen & Steers in 1992, Mr. Harvey was a vice president with Robert A. Stanger Co. for five years, where he was an analyst specializing in real estate and related securities for the firm’s research and consulting activities. Mr. Harvey has a BSE degree from Princeton University.

Biografia	Robert Steers, Executive Chairman of Cohen & Steers, founded the firm with Martin Cohen in 1986 as one of the first investment advisors dedicated to real estate securities. He serves on the Advisory Committee for the International Monetary Fund’s Staff Retirement Plan. At his alma mater of Georgetown University, Mr. Steers is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate, Chairman of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors, and a member of the Endowment Investment Committee.

Biografia	Martin Cohen, co-chairman and co-CEO, is a senior portfolio manager for all of Cohen & Steers’ portfolios, and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to co-founding the firm in 1986 with Mr. Steers, Mr. Cohen was a senior vice president and portfolio manager at National Securities and Research Corporation from 1984 to 1986, where, in 1985, he and Mr. Steers organized and managed the nation’s first real estate securities mutual fund. From 1976 to 1981, Mr. Cohen was a vice president at Citibank, serving as an analyst and portfolio manager.
