Biografia	Simon Haines is a portfolio manager in the Global Equities team. He took up this role in November 2013 and is currently lead manager across the desk’s EAFE and Shariah portfolios. He also has research responsibility for the industrials sector and for the Asia-Pacific region. Simon joined the company in 1999 as a trainee UK Equities portfolio manager, progressing to portfolio manager in January 2005, where he managed the Threadneedle UK Mid 250 Fund and co-managed the Threadneedle UK Extended Alpha Fund. Simon graduated with a degree in biology from Oxford University in 1999 and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Nitisha Bosamia is a Portfolio Manager in the Global Equities team. She joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO since May 2015. Before joining the group, Nitisha was a fund analyst at Pantheon, a UK-based global private equity firm. Nitisha graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Hons) from Durham University. She holds the Investment Management Certificate and has passed CFA Level III.

Biografia	Mr. Stege has been associated with the Investment Manager or its predecessors as an investment professional since 2017 and has been a Vice President of the Trust since March 2020. Prior to joining the Investment Manager, Mr. Stege was a partner and research analyst at another investment firm, and also worked as a senior analyst for an energy consulting firm. Mr. Stege began his investment career in 2014 and earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biografia	Mr. Egan is President and International Chief Investment Officer of the Investment Manager and has been associated with the Investment Manager or its predecessors as an investment professional since 1999. He has been President of the Trust since April 2014 and served as a Vice President of the Trust from 2003 through March 2014. Mr. Egan began his investment career in 1999 and earned a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.A. from the University of Chicago.

Biografia	Leah is a recognized expert in international investing and is considered a pioneer in the international small cap category. Prior to establishing Lizard Investors LLC in 2008, she was a Co-Founding Partner and Portfolio Manager at Wanger Asset Management from 1992 to 2005. Leah was the Head of the International Equities Team; Lead Portfolio Manager of the Acorn International Fund; and Portfolio Manager of the Wanger European Smaller Companies Fund. From 1984 to 1992, Leah was a Global Equity Analyst for Harris Associates. She began her career at Lehman Brothers in 1979.

Biografia	Forster is a principal and portfolio manager with Wanger Asset Management. She has been a key member of the international analytic team since 1994 and a principal of the firm since January 1999. Previously, she was a professor of finance at Northwestern and Ohio State Universities, and an economist with the International Monetary Fund. Forster holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Wanger is currently chief investment officer of Wanger Asset Management. Previously, he was a principal and director with Harris Associates, where he was employed for more than 30 years. Wanger earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1967.
