Biografia	George P. Maris is chief investment officer and global head of equities for Principal Asset Management. In this role, he has leadership responsibilities across the equities platform, including managing more than 120 investment professionals across the firm's global investment centers. Maris is also serving as portfolio manager on the firm's international equity strategies. Maris joined Principal in 2023 with 25 years of industry experience, most recently serving as head of equities - Americas at Janus Henderson and lead portfolio manager on the firm’s international and global alpha equity strategies. He held several investment leadership and portfolio management positions throughout his career and has a history of generating strong investment results, improving performance, developing teams and innovating capabilities. Prior to Janus Henderson, he served as lead portfolio manager of the domestic core, international core and global equity strategies at Northern Trust Global Investments. Maris additionally was at Columbia Management Group serving as a portfolio manager on its large-cap and mid-cap core domestic equity strategies. He previously served as a portfolio manager, equity analyst and derivatives strategist at Putnam Investments. Maris served as guest lecturer at several universities including the MIT Sloan School of Management, Wake Forest University and the University of Denver. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Maris received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Swarthmore College. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois. George is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Biografia	Paul is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Equities. He is a co-portfolio manager for the international core and international all country portfolios. Paul is also active in research with an emphasis on the international banking industry. He joined the firm in 1992 and has been a member of the international equity team since 1995. Paul was named a portfolio manager for international core in 2000. He received an MBA from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Iowa State University. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Iowa.

Biografia	Juliet is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Equities. Juliet is also active in company research with an emphasis on the telecommunications and utility sectors. She joined the firm in 2003 as a portfolio manager for European equities. Prior to joining PGE, Juliet served as a director and senior portfolio manager at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management (formerly Kleinwort Benson). Prior to that she was a fund manager at the London firms of Capel Cure Myers, Rowe Price Fleming and Schroders. Juliet received a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Trinity College, Cambridge University.

He joined the firm in 2000 as an equities research analyst, specializing in the analysis of international technology companies and became portfolio manager in 2002. Previously, Chris gained six years of related industry experience with Motorola, Inc. Chris received an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Iowa. Chris has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Phyllis J. Vance	international equity Portfolio Manager	2003	2004
Biografia	Vance is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Investors. She is responsible for developing portfolio strategy and leading the ongoing management of core international equity portfolios including developed markets portfolios and broad market portfolios. She joined the firm in 1978. In 1980, she joined the investment team as an equity research analyst, and was named an international equity portfolio manager in 2000. Vance holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Kurt Spieler, CFA, Senior Managing Director. Kurt joined First National in 2005 and has over 30 years of experience including the portfolio management of mutual funds in emerging markets, core international and U.S. moderate allocation. Previously, he was head of international equities for Principal Global Investors, as well as president of his own asset management firm. Kurt graduated from Iowa State University and chose to obtain his MBA from Drake University. Kurt is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Colorado.
