Biografia	James is head of leveraged finance trading, and also serves as a co-portfolio manager for the High Quality High Yield Strategy and the Full Market High Yield Strategy. In addition, he has research responsibilities for the financials industry. Upon joining the firm in 1997 with a background in fixed income analysis and trading, James served as an analyst, co-portfolio manager, and head trader in the mortgage backed securities group. In 2002, he joined the high yield team as a trader and later was named head of the High Yield Trading team. Prior to joining Seix, James was with Prudential Securities, where he handled corporate, government and mortgage trades as well as settlement and portfolio administration. James received a B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware and is a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Mike serves as a senior portfolio manager with lead portfolio management responsibility for the High Quality High Yield Strategy and the Full Market High Yield Strategy. Mike joined the firm as a leveraged finance research analyst covering financials and has been a senior portfolio manager of the firm since 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mike was a senior analyst with Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., covering the telecommunications and cable industries. He was previously vice president and co-head of research at BNY Capital Markets, Inc., where he held responsibility for the telecommunications and consumer related industries. Prior to that he was at Mendham Capital Group as a managing partner in high yield research, where he focused on consumer-related industries. Mike received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, School of Engineering and an M.B.A. degree from Rutgers University.

Biografia	Brian is a senior portfolio manager and a senior high yield research analyst covering both healthcare and utilities. As senior portfolio manager, Brian has lead responsibility for the High Yield Unconstrained Strategy in addition to his involvement with the Flagship High Yield portfolios. Before joining Seix, he was a high yield analyst at Morgan Stanley in Global High Yield Research. Brian was a member of the Institutional Investor Health Care Research Team, ranked #1 for three consecutive years. Earlier, he was an active member of Morgan Stanley's Capital Markets Team, providing research reports and conducting due diligence reviews. Brian received a B.A. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. He was awarded the Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Virginia Medical School and has published research in the Journal of Allergy & Clinical Immunology.

Biografia	Mike joined Muzinich in 2012. He is the Head of Public Markets, a Portfolio Manager and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mike is also the lead PM for the Global Tactical Credit and Credit Opportunities Funds. Prior to joining Muzinich, he was President and Head of the High Yield Division at Seix Advisors, Inc. At Seix Advisors, Mike was the Founding Partner of the high yield strategy that grew to over $13 billion, under his leadership. Previously, he served in various research and portfolio management capacities at American General Corp. and at Capital Holding Corporation. Mike earned a B.A. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from Rice University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.

Biografia	Talty has served as executive vice president since joining Trusco in May 2004. Prior to joining Trusco, Talty served as president and senior portfolio manager of Seix Investment Advisors, Inc. from January 1993 to May 2004. He has more than 25 years of investment experience. Talty holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Calabrese has served as managing director since joining Trusco in May 2004. Prior to joining Trusco, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager of Seix Investment Advisors, Inc. from May 1997 to May 2004. He has more than 19 years of investment experience. Calabrese holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
George Goudelias	Senior Analyst	2004	2007
Biografia	George is the head of the firm’s leveraged finance platform. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight of high yield bond portfolio management activities as well as serving as senior portfolio manager for all leveraged loan portfolios. George joined Seix in 2001 as head of leveraged finance research, and subsequently launched the Leveraged Loan Strategy in 2005. Since inception of this strategy, this has expanded to include all leveraged loan portfolios and CLOs. Prior to joining Seix he was a senior high yield research analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities. George received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University.
