L'obiettivo del Fondo consiste nel massimizzare il valore delle sue azioni tramite l'incremento sia del valore che del reddito dei suoi investimenti. Il Fondo investe su base discrezionale principalmente in obbligazioni societarie con un rischio e un rendimento potenzialmente elevati, con rating BB+ (Standard and Poor's o equivalente) o inferiore assegnato da almeno una delle agenzie di rating riconosciute o che, a giudizio del Gestore degli investimenti, abbiano qualità creditizia equivalente. Gli investimenti del Fondo non sono soggetti a limiti geografici. Per conseguire i suoi obiettivi il Fondo può investire in derivati per controbilanciare i rischi connessi alle oscillazioni dei mercati finanziari. Il Fondo può investire in derivati in chiave opportunistica per beneficiare dei ribassi delle quotazioni degli strumenti finanziari.

Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Mike's investment experience began in 1994, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2009, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Mike was cofounder and partner of Four Quarter Capital, a credit hedge fund focusing on below investment-grade European corporate debt. Mike also was employed by Muzinich & Company as a senior analyst and assistant portfolio manager in London.
