Biografia	Philip Susser, Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2021, and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2021. Phil joined the U.S. High Yield Fixed Income team as a senior research analyst in 2001. He has extensive research experience in the cable/satellite, gaming, hotels, restaurants, printing/publishing, telecom, REIT, lodging and distressed sectors. Phil’s investment experience began in 1995 spending three years as a securities lawyer at Cahill Gordon and Shearman & Sterling representing underwriters and issuers of high yield debt.

Biografia	Rahim Shad is a Portfolio Manager for the Invesco Fixed Income High Yield team. Mr. Shad joined Invesco in 2009 as a fixed income research generalist. He joined the high yield team as a research analyst in 2010. Mr. Shad began his career in 2000 as a technology analyst for AIM Investments (the US retail predecessor to Invesco). Mr. Shad earned a BBA degree and an MS in finance from the University of Houston.

Biografia	Mr. Nordenfelt joined Invesco in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he was a managing director, senior portfolio manager, and co-head of US high yield at Wells Fargo Asset Management. Before that, Mr. Nordenfelt was a principal and investment strategist at Barclays Global Investors. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at Fidelity Management Trust Co. and, before that, a portfolio manager at Mellon Capital Management. Mr. Nordenfelt earned a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Biografia	Scott Roberts is Head of the High Yield team and Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco Fixed Income. Mr. Roberts joined Invesco in 2000 as a high yield analyst and was promoted to portfolio manager in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he was a high yield analyst and trader with Van Kampen Investment Advisory Corp. Mr. Roberts entered the industry in 1995. Mr. Roberts earned a BBA in finance from the University of Houston. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.
Joseph Portera	Head of Global High Income	2016	2020
Biografia	Joseph Portera serves as Chief Investment Officer, High Yield and Multi Sector Credit with Invesco Fixed Income. He is a member of the Office of the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Invesco in 2012, Mr. Portera spent three years at Hartford Investment Management as a managing director and lead portfolio manager and was a senior member of the Global Fixed Income investment platform at Mackay Shields. He entered the industry in 1981. Mr. Portera earned a BA degree in Soviet studies and an MA degree in international political economy and development from Fordham University.

Biografia	Andrew Geryol, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2011. From 2002 to 2011, he was employed by Allstate Investments, where he held a high yield analyst position.
Jennifer Hartviksen	Senior Portfolio Manager	2016	2019
Biografia	Jennifer Hartviksen is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Global High Yield and Head of Fixed Income, Canada. Over her 24 year career, she has worked in Brazil as a senior analyst at JPMorgan Chase, and a VP at ING Barings LLC; in the United States as a VP of high-yield investments at SunAmerica and a senior high-yield analyst at Western Asset Management; and in Canada as a senior portfolio manager at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and a senior portfolio manager at Fiera Quantum L.P. She joined Invesco in 2013. Ms. Hartviksen earned a BA in economics from the University of Toronto.
Darren S. Hughes	Senior Portfolio Manager	2005	2016
Biografia	Darren Hughes is Co-Head of the High Yield team for Invesco Fixed Income and a Senior Portfolio Manager on the team. Mr. Hughes joined Invesco in 1992 as an internal wholesaler and then moved into marketing research for the fixed income funds. He joined the Invesco Fixed Income High Yield team as a trader in 1995 and was named a portfolio manager in 2005 and senior portfolio manager in 2009. Prior to joining Invesco, he worked in the retail brokerage industry. Mr. Hughes earned a BBA in finance and economics from Baylor University. He is a CFA charterholder.
Peter Ehret	Head	2001	2012
Biografia	Peter Ehret leads the High Yield team for Invesco Fixed Income. He is also portfolio manager for Invesco’s institutional high yield separate accounts and covers special situations investments. Mr. Ehret joined Invesco Fixed Income in 2001. Previously he was the director of high yield research and a portfolio manager for Van Kampen Investment Advisory Corp. Prior to joining Van Kampen, he worked in real estate finance with The Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Ehret graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a minor in statistics from the University of Minnesota. He also earned a Master of Science degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
Carolyn L. Gibbs	Senior Vice President	2000	2009
Biografia	Gibbs is Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with AIM Capital Management, her employer since 1992. Prior to her current position, she was a portfolio manager and analyst with the firm. Previously, she was a financial analyst with Northwest Airlines and an international investment analyst with Waddell and Reed. Gibbs holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Texas Christian. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
