Biografia	Steven B. Raineri, Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Franklin Advisory Services. Mr. Raineri joined Franklin Templeton in 2005. He has been in the investment industry for more than 20 years. Mr. Raineri began his career at Gabelli & Company, and has also worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and WoodAllen Capital Management. He also spent several years as a business valuation analyst for Arthur Andersen and J&W Seligman Valuations.

Biografia	Don Taylor is the president and chief investment officer for Franklin Equity Group's US Value team. He is lead portfolio manager for Franklin Rising Dividends Fund and related products. Mr. Taylor has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 1996, Mr. Taylor was a portfolio manager for Fidelity Management and Research Company and Pilgrim Group. In addition, he worked for Tait, He holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He has been in the investment industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Baughman served as a portfolio manager with L.F. Rothschild, and began his mutual fund career with the Pilgrim Group.

Biografia	William J. Lippman, Executive Consultant and Portfolio Manager of Franklin Advisory Services. Mr. Lippman joined Franklin Templeton in 1988. He has been in the investment industry for more than 60 years. Until 2014, Mr. Lippman was President of Franklin Advisory Services. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Lippman was president of L.F. Rothschild Fund Management Inc. From 1960 to 1986, he was president of Pilgrim Group, Inc., a firm that he founded.

She is part of a team that manages several equity funds and is responsible for research and compliance for each fund. Ms. McGee joined Franklin Templeton in 1988, as a as a portfolio administrator before becoming a securities analyst. She has been in the investment industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ms. McGee worked as an assistant to the chief financial officer (CFO) and operations supervisor for Pilgrim Group, Inc.
Y. Dogan Sahin	Portfolio Manager	2007	2012
Biografia	Sahin joined Franklin in 2001 and is currently a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Franklin Advisory Services in 2003, Sahin was a research analyst in Franklin's San Mateo, California office where he provided industry-specific equity research of specialty retail companies. Sahin holds the charted financial analyst designation.
Gerard P. Sullivan	Portfolio Manager	1998	2000
Biografia	Mr. Sullivan is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam's U.S. Core Equity strategy. He joined Putnam in 2008 and has been in the investment industry since 1982. Prior to joining Putnam, Mr. Sullivan was a Vice President, Portfolio Manager, at American Century from 2000 to 2008; a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, at Franklin Templeton from 1998 to 1999; and a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, at SunAmerica Ass et Management from 1995 to 1998. He earned an M.B.A. from Columbia School of Management and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia College.
