Biografia	Ben is a portfolio manager at Ninety One. He is manager of the UK Equity Income Fund, and an analyst within the Quality team. Ben is based in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining Ninety One he was a Pan European analyst at Threadneedle and prior to that a UK analyst at Aviva Investors. Ben graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc Honours first class degree in Business Administration. Ben holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has passed Level III of the CFA® Programme.
Anna Farmbrough	-	2022	Adesso
Biografia	Anna is an investment specialist within the specialist Quality investment team at Ninety One. Prior to joining the firm she was a UK equity analyst at Threadneedle, and prior to that a UK equity analyst at Schroders. Anna graduated from the University of Durham with a BA degree in History (with Honours). In addition, Anna has passed Level III of the CFA® Programme.
Simon Brazier	-	2015	2023
Biografia	Simon is Co-Head of Quality at Ninety One. He is a portfolio manager with a focus on UK equities, and manager of the UK Alpha Fund and the Luxembourg domiciled GSF UK Alpha Fund. He is also responsible for the co-management of the specialist Quality investment team. Simon is based in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining the firm, Simon worked for Threadneedle where he was Head of UK Equities and responsible for the portfolio management of the Threadneedle UK Fund. He has been managing funds for over twenty years, having started his career with Schroders in 1998. Simon graduated from Durham University and the University of Aix-Marseille with a BA Honours degree in Economics with French. Simon holds the Institute of Investment Management and Research (IIMR) certificate.
Jonathan Parker	-	2014	2015
Biografia	Jonathan is a portfolio manager in the 4Factor team at Ninety One where he co-manages the Global Core Equity Strategy. During his time within the 4Factor team he has also managed UK Core and Aggressive portfolios, and covered the consumer staples sector as a global analyst. Jonathan started his career at M&G Investment Management where he worked for four years as an analyst, and then a further five years as a UK Equity Income portfolio manager. He has a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and is a member of the CFA® Institute.
Philip Rodrigs	Associate Analyst	2012	2014
Biografia	Philip Rodrigs is a Partner of the River and Mercantile Group’s Equity Solutions division and manages the UK Equity Smaller Companies Fund. Philip specialises as an investor in UK listed firms. Philip joined River and Mercantile in March 2014 following a successful 8 years with Investec Asset Management, having grown the multi-award winning Investec UK Smaller Companies Fund to over $1bn and being recognised as Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year 2010 and 2011 and the Morningstar OBSR Outstanding Rising Talent in 2012. Philip also managed the UK All-Cap Investec UK Alpha Fund and latterly co-managed the Investec UK Blue Chip Fund. Philip has been investing in AiM listed stocks since graduating from Oxford University in 2002, with spells at Invesco Asset Management and T Rowe Price Asset Management prior to joining Investec in 2005.
Christine Baalham	-	1979	2012
Biografia	Christine is a portfolio manager at Ninety One where she is co-portfolio manager for the Global Equity Strategy. She joined the 4Factor team in 2000 and held responsibilities including global financials sector specialist, global services sector specialist, portfolio manager for the International Equity Fund, as well as heading up the 4Factor UK Equity team from 2004 to 2014 where she was responsible for managing the UK core strategies. She began her career at Schroder Investment Management, where she was recruited as part of the Schroder Investment Management graduate training programme in 1996. She worked on the UK fund management desk before joining the research department as the UK insurance and tobacco analyst. Christine gained a Master of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from Cambridge University in 1996, after graduating with a first class degree in Natural Sciences the previous year, and is a member of the CFA® institute.
